Carbon molecular sieves (CMS) are a type of adsorbent material that is used for
gas separation/ Nitrogen Extraction
. They are particularly effective for separating nitrogen from other gases, such as oxygen and carbon dioxide. CMS works by selectively adsorbing certain gases while allowing others to pass through, making it useful for applications such as nitrogen extraction. In the process of nitrogen extraction, CMS can be used to separate nitrogen from air or other gas mixtures, producing a high-purity nitrogen stream. This is often used in industrial applications such as food packaging, electronics manufacturing, and chemical processing. The use of CMS for gas separation and nitrogen extraction offers several advantages, including high selectivity, low energy consumption, and the ability to produce high-purity gases. This makes it a popular choice for various industrial and commercial applications where gas separation and purification are required.Standard packaging:137 kg, net weight plastic drum20 kg, net weight plastic drumm

KOMPBERG® BSDK5
We are using a large low speed air end for relative small compressors. The electric motor is directly coupled to the main air end rotor, which essentially reduces the maintenance cost, in contrast with the belt driven compressor or a compressor with gear box. Compressor output is controlled either by an on/off switch, depending on the pressure in the air chamber or by classic suction regulator with a new control system depending on the pressure level, or possibly by advanced continuous regulation of operation, which optimists the machine’s performance parameters in real time by smoothly changing revolutions depending on the volume of discharged compressed air.

BERG MASTER CONTROLLER FOR GROUP OF SCREW COMPRESSORS
BERG MASTER CONTROLLER
Additional feature of the RC-S series master controllers that provides to duplicate the operator panel onto a PC or mobile devices. this feature can be implemented in both new controllers and the controllers that are already used to control a specific group of compressors.
Master control unit RC is responsible for :
Control of the start and stop system of the compressors installed in one compressed air network,
Monitoring and ensuring correct pressure in the system,
Optimum load distribution between individual compressors,
Possibility of selecting the leading compressor,
Setting pressure start and stop thresholds, Entering the parameters of the system regulation,
Collection of information from the supervised system and its processing, and all signalling (in RC-S)
Remote monitoring of the supervised system status by means of the installed interface operated in the web browser or/and by means of the Modbus TCP communication protocol (in Modbus RTU option via RS485),(in RC-S).
The use of the RC- control unit of the compressor group eliminates the necessity of the machine operator intervention into settings and enables equal load distribution between compressors. Control of the screw compressor group is possible in the Sequence or cascade mode.
√ The sequence control is recommended for the compressors of comparable size. Their operation time is usually equalized.
√ The cascade control is dedicated to the machines of different sizes, where the one operates in a continuous way and the others operate only during peak demands for compressed air.

Compressed air cyclone separator, PUREBERG F01WW
A compressed air cyclone separator, also known as a water separator or condensate separator, is a crucial component in compressed air systems. Its main job is to remove moisture and water droplets from the air, keeping the compressed air dry and clean. Moisture in compressed air can cause problems like rust, blocked lines, and harm to machinery, helping to prevent damage to your equipment.
The PUREBERG® F01WW water separation system, working as a compressed air cyclone separator, is well-known in the industry. It can handle flow rates of up to 72 m3/h at 7 bar pressure. Its smart design uses centrifugal force to effectively separate water from the airflow. When moist air goes through the cyclone separator, the centrifugal force makes water droplets separate and gather at the bottom of the separator.
Selecting the right water separator for your compressed air system is essential and depends on factors such as flow rate, pressure, ambient temperature, and specific application requirements. The PUREBERG® F01WW water separator offers reliable moisture removal, contributing to cleaner air, improved operations, and prolonged machinery lifespan.
Buying a top-notch water separator like the PUREBERG® F01WW ensures your compressed air system works at its best. It protects your compressors and dryers from moisture problems, keeping them running smoothly.
Water separator with comprehensive rate and outstanding efficiency
PURBERG® F—WW, is one of the BERG products, a water separator which has been developed for high-efficiency removal of bulk liquids from compressed air up to 20 bar.
Inside the housing, there is an insert with vanes that creates a controlled rotation of the air. As a result of centrifugal action water and large particles are forced to the housing wall, slowed down, and accumulate at the bottom of the separator housing as condensate.
The turbulent free zone in the lower part of the filter housing prevents condensate from being picked up and "carried over" into the airstream. To discharge condensate from the BERG water separator it is essential to install an electronic zero-loss condensate drain, Made in Germany.

Booster Compressor KOMPBERG®️ BKB22
Booster Compressor KOMPBERG®️ BKB Description
The compressor is intended for compressing air only. Its use to compress other gases requires prior agreement with machine manufacturer or vendor. Such agreement must be made in writing. The compressor may not be used for any purpose other than specified.
Booster Compressor KOMPBERG® BKB Technical Description
Applications
The KOMPBERG®️ series booster compressors are intended for boosting air pressure from 1-1.3 MPa (KOMPBERG®️ BKB22) on the suction side, to 2.5-4.0 MPa on the pressure side. The booster is provided with an oil filter and end cooler.
Main components
The booster compressor comprises an oil piston compressor with “V” cylinder arrangement at 90° angle. The compressor is driven by an electric motor with a belt transmission. A common frame supports the compressor, motor and air end cooler with fans and filters.
The compressor
It is a one-stage, two-cylinder, one-sided compressor, with a "V" cylinder configuration and a 90 bifurcation angle.
A compressor carter with a tunnel structure is made as a cast iron cast. The lower part of the crankcase is at the same time an oil sump in which the oil suction filter is mounted. The oil filter is mounted on the oil pump.
Two cylinders with working valves are attached to the compressor's crankcase. The working valves are pressed against the heads of the head with adjustment screws through special pressure sleeves. In order to ensure more efficient heat dissipation, the cylinders and heads are suitably ribbed.
Crankshaft, cast of nodular cast iron with increased impact strength, is supported by two rolling bearings. On the one hand, the crankshaft has a conical tip for seating the pulley, while a gear-driven oil pump is driven from the other end of the shaft.
Two connecting rods with two-part thin-walled bushes are mounted on the surface hardened crank shaft.
Both cylinders on the intake are connected by a common intake manifold, and on the discharge by an air cooler.
Electric motor
The booster compressor is driven by a squirrel-cage, AC electric motor. The motor is designed for an intermittent run, for maximum 20 starts per hour. The compressor is driven by the motor via a belt transmission.
End cooler
The cooler in the KOMPBERG®️ boosters is made of vertical ribbed steel tubes connected with horizontal collectors at the ends. The cooler has welded construction. In the upper cooler collectors, valves for draining condensate and a relief solenoid valve are provided. Air circulation in both solutions is forced by a fan driven by an electric motor.
Booster compressor frame
The KOMPBERG®️ BKB22 booster frame, on which the motor and compressor are supported, is made of plate and seated on four shock absorbers.

Maximize Air Quality: Discover PUREBERG F02WW Water Separator
A water separator, also called a condensate separator, is a device that removes moisture and water from an airflow. In the area of air compressors and compressed air systems, the water separator filter is important to ensure that the air remains dry. Moisture in the compressed air can otherwise lead to problems such as rust, blocked lines and damage to machines.
The water separator PUREBERG® F02WW, (96 m3/h at 7 bar) is a widely used example in the industry.
The water separator works through various mechanisms to separate the condensate from the air. In most cases it uses centrifugal force or gravity to remove the water from the airflow. As the damp air moves through the separator, the forces pull water droplets out of the air, gathering them at the bottom. Then, you can take out the collected water from the system either by hand or automatically.
Please note during buying water separators, the different types of water separators, including condensate separators for air compressors, compressed air lines, or industrial applications. Choosing the right water separator for the device depends on various factors. These include flow rate, pressure, ambient temperature, and the specific requirements of the program.
In summary, the water separator is crucial in compressed air systems. It helps make the air cleaner, improve operations and make machines last longer.
Function of water separator
The compressed air enters the fuel water separator through the curved inlet. Specially shaped guide vanes then induce a high-speed rotational movement, forcing the compressed air into a circular motion. Centrifugal forces direct water droplets to the outside of the filter housing, where they flow downward into the collection chamber by gravity. The shielding of the collection area calms the airflow to prevent swirling and entrainment of separated liquids. Additionally, a specially designed riser pipe in the water separator prevents particle transfer into the upwardly rotating stream of cleaned compressed air.The innovative water separator rectifier from BERG KOMPRESSOREN directs compressed air to the outlet and significantly reduces flow losses.

In most cases it uses centrifugal force or gravity to remove the water from the airflow. As the wet air moves through the separator, these forces pull the water droplets out of the air, gathering them at the bottom. Then, you can take out the collected water from the system either by hand or automatically.
Different types of compressor water separator, including condensate separators for air compressors, compressed air lines, or industrial applications. In summary, the moisture separator for air compressor is crucial in compressed air systems. It helps make the air cleaner, improve operations, and make machines last longer.
Do BERG Kompressoren PUREBERG F—WW (water separators) have changeable elements?
NO, BERG compressed air water separators rely on physical principles such as centrifugal force and subsequent condensation to separate water from compressed air without the need for replaceable filter elements. This design reduces the need for frequent maintenance associated with replacing filter elements. However, periodic inspection and maintenance of the separator unit itself may still be necessary to ensure optimal performance and efficiency over time.

All Our Compressors are equiped as Direct Drive
Drive 1:1 means that the Airend and motor are directly connected. This means that there are no transmission losses. BERG’s direct drive screw compressors deliver outstanding performance and make possible great savings in energy.
The drive motor and the air end in one-to-one drive series compressors are designed to operate at the same low speed. This enables the drive and compression units to be linked via a maintenance-free coupling which avoids the transmission losses with gear-driven units. our direct drive compressor reduces the number of components needed in comparison with gear drive, significantly increasing reliability and service life. Sound levels are also considerably lower. The airend in each KOMPBERG®️ BSD model is designed to specifically match air demand and ensures outstanding efficiency through the low-speed operation.

Adsorption Dryer DRYBERG® ADP1400
Adsorption Air Dryer DRYBERG® ADP Function
After compressed air is cooled and condensate is removed, it leaves the compressor in a moisture-saturated condition. As the compressed air cools down further in the downstream pipework, additional condensate is usually formed. This leads to negative side effects such as corrosion, icing, and consequently to high maintenance costs for the compressed air system. Drying compressed air is therefore a mandatory requirement of any compressed air purification system. If lower pressure dew points are required, adsorption dryers are applied. In an adsorption dryer the compressed air to be dried flows through a layer of desiccant removing the moisture by adsorption. The adsorption capacity of the desiccant is limited. Therefore a changeover to the second alternating adsorption vessel takes place before the critical load limit is reached. The adsorption vessel that is fully loaded with moisture is entering the regeneration process after switch over is completed. The regeneration time is always shorter than the adsorption time of the operating vessel, so that the continuous supply of dried compressed air to the point of use is guaranteed all the time.
While the wet air passes the vessel, the moisture is adsorbed by the desiccant. The adsorption process is time or dew point controlled. In the same time the desiccant already saturated from the previous adsorption phase in the other vessel is being regenerated. Ambient air conveyed by a blower and heated up by a heater is used for the regeneration process. The hot air passes the desiccant from top to bottom in counterflow direction to the adsorption process, vaporizing the moisture from the desiccant. By this process the blower air is cooled down to the desorption temperature and leaves the dryer in moisture saturated condition by the exhaust to atmosphere. As soon as the desorption process is completed the temperature at the exhaust rises, detected by dyers control system for switch over to cooling process. The cooling process is performed by a small stream of dried compressed air expanded to atmosheric pressure passing through the vessel in regeneration phase and taking up the heat from the desiccant before it is released to atmosphere. As soon as the desiccant is cooled down the regenerated vessel remains in stand-by.

Ensure Dry Air Supply: PUREBERG F04WW Water Separator Solution
A water separator, also called a condensate separator, is a device that removes moisture and water from an air flow. In the area of air compressors and compressed air systems, the water separator is important to ensure that the air remains dry. Moisture in the compressed air can otherwise lead to problems such as rust, blocked lines and damage to machines.
The water separator PUREBERG® F04WW, (216 m3/h at 7 bar) is a widely used example in the industry.
The water separator filter works through various mechanisms to separate the condensate from the air. In most cases it uses centrifugal force or gravity to remove the water from the airflow. As the moist air flows through the separator, the water droplets are pulled out of the air by these forces and collect at the bottom of the separator. From there, the accumulated water can be removed from the system either manually or automatically.
Different types of water separators, including condensate separators for air compressors, compressed air lines or industrial applications. Choosing the right water separator for the device depends on various factors. These include: flow rate, pressure, ambient temperature and the specific requirements of the program.
In summary, the water separator is important in compressed air systems. It helps make the air cleaner, improve operations and make machines last longer.
Why BERG Kompressoren use water separators with condensate drain BEKOMAT 20?
The BEKOMAT 20 condensate drain is a popular choice for use with water separators, air compressor water traps, air compressor water filters, and air compressor moisture traps in air compressor systems because of its efficiency, reliability, and effectiveness in removing condensate from the compressed air stream. Here are some reasons why the BEKOMAT 20 is mandatory used for all BERG compressed air water separators: Automatic Operation: The BEKOMAT 20 is an automatic condensate drain that operates based on the level of condensate in the system. It uses a float mechanism to detect the presence of condensate and opens the drain valve to discharge it without the need for manual intervention. Energy Efficiency: The BEKOMAT 20 is designed to minimize energy consumption by only discharging condensate when necessary, thereby reducing air loss and saving energy costs. Reliable Performance: The BEKOMAT 20 is known for its robust construction and reliable operation, making it suitable for demanding industrial applications where consistent condensate removal is essential. Maintenance-Free Design: The BEKOMAT 20 requires minimal maintenance and has a long service life, providing a hassle-free solution for managing condensate in air compressor systems. Compatibility: The BEKOMAT 20 is compatible with a wide range of air compressor systems and can be easily integrated with water separators to ensure efficient condensate removal.
Overall, the BEKOMAT 20 condensate drain is a trusted solution for water separators due to its automatic operation, energy efficiency, reliability, and compatibility with various air compressor systems. Using the BEKOMAT 20 can help optimize the performance of your water separator and ensure the effective removal of condensate from your compressed air system.

Combat Rust and Damage: PUREBERG F05WW Water Separator Overview
A water separator, also called a condensate separator, is a device that removes moisture and water from an air flow. In the area of air compressors and compressed air systems, the water separator is important to ensure that the air remains dry. Moisture in the compressed air can otherwise lead to problems such as rust, blocked lines and damage to machines. The water separator PUREBERG® F05WW, (282 m3/h at 7 bar) is a widely used example in the industry. The water separator works through various mechanisms to separate the condensate from the air. In most cases it uses centrifugal force or gravity to remove the water from the airflow. As the moist air flows through the separator, the water droplets are pulled out of the air by these forces and collect at the bottom of the separator. From there, the accumulated water can be removed from the system either manually or automatically.
There are different types of water separators, including condensate separators for air compressors, compressed air lines or industrial applications. Choosing the right water separator for the device depends on various factors. These include: flow rate, pressure, ambient temperature and the specific requirements of the program.
In summary, the water separator is very important in compressed air systems. It helps make the air cleaner, improve operations and make machines last longer. Why we need water separators PUERBERG F--WW for our air compressor?
Compressed air cyclone separators are important in air compressor systems because they filter moisture and dirt from compressed air before it reaches other equipment and processes. Here are some key reasons why air compressor water separators are necessary:Moisture in compressed air can cause equipment, pipes and tools to rust and shorten their lifespan. Water separators help remove this moisture, preventing corrosion and extending the life of the system. Water and dirt in the compressed air can damage downstream devices. Water separators ensure that these devices receive clean, dry air, preventing damage and problems. Water separators improve the quality of compressed air by removing moisture, oil and dirt. This makes the compressed air work better and is safe for various applications. Moisture in compressed air can affect the performance of air-powered equipment and increase energy consumption. Water separators help remove water and dirt, improving the efficiency of air compressor systems and increasing productivity.
Overall, BERG's PUREBERG® F-WW compressed air water separators are very important for air compressor systems. They ensure that clean, dry air reaches downstream devices. When companies purchase good water separators, they can prevent expensive repairs and breakdowns that can result from dirty compressed air.

Refrigeration dryer DRYBERG®️ RF05/AC equals to DRYPOINT®️ RA330/AC
Note! Ambient conditions!
In the event that the dryer is not installed under suitable ambient conditions, the ability of the device to condense refrigerant gas is impaired. This can result in a higher load of the refrigerating compressor, and in a loss of efficiency and performance of the dryer.
This in turn leads to overheated condenser fan motors, to malfunction of electric components and to a breakdown of the dryer. Failures of this type will affect warranty considerations.
Do not install the dryer in an environment in which chemicals with a corrosive effect, explosive gases, toxic gases, evaporation heat, high ambient temperatures or extreme dust and dirt can be found.

Water separator for compressors - PUREBERG - F09WW
A water separator, also called a condensate separator, is a device that removes moisture and water from an air flow. In the area of air compressors and compressed air systems, the water separator is important to ensure that the air remains dry. Moisture in the compressed air can otherwise lead to problems such as rust, blocked lines and damage to machines.
The water separator PUREBERG® F09WW, (510 m3/h at 7 bar) is a widely used example in the industry.
Can a water separator be considered a filter?
A water separator is not the same as a filter, although they serve similar purposes in an air compressor system. A water separator is specifically designed to remove moisture and condensate from compressed air, while a filter is used to remove particulates, oil, and other contaminants from the air.
Compressed air water separators typically use a combination of baffles, centrifugal force, and other mechanisms to separate water droplets from the compressed air stream. As the air passes through the separator, the moisture condenses and collects at the bottom of the unit, where it can be drained out of the system.
Filters, on the other hand, are designed to capture solid particles, oil droplets, and other impurities that may be present in the compressed air. Filters can be made of different materials and have various filtration ratings to target specific contaminants based on the requirements of the application.
While both water separators and filters play crucial roles in maintaining the quality of compressed air and protecting downstream equipment, they have distinct functions and are often used together in air compressor systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

Adsorption Dryer DRYBERG® ADP2000
Heatless Adsorption system
Compressed air in a moisture-saturated condition enters the adsorption and passes through the desiccant of the vessel in adsorption phase from the bottom to the top.
When the vessel in adsorption phase becomes saturated, detected by rising dew point (dew point control mode) or when the time setting for adsorption is reached (time control mode), the switch over process is initiated automatically. The regenerated vessels enters the adsorption phase, while the just saturated vessels enters the desorption phase.Technical Data of heatless Adsorption compressed air dryer DRYBERG® ADP

Increase efficiency with PUREBERG F15WW Water Separator for Compressed Air Systems
The water separator PUREBERG® F15WW, (888 m3/h at 7 bar) is a widely used example in the industry.
This includes the flow rate, pressure, ambient temperature and the specific requirements of the program. In summary, the water separator is very important in compressed air systems.
It helps to improve air quality, optimize operations and extend the life of machines. What happens if our compressed air systems do not have a proper water separator with condensate drainage, such as: B. BEKOMAT 20?
A compressed air water separator without a suitable condensate drain like the BEKOMAT 20 causes several problems in your compressed air system: Contamination: Water and oil condensate can accumulate in the air system, leading to contamination of the compressed air. This can affect the quality of the compressed air and potentially damage downstream equipment and processes. Corrosion: Water in compressed air can corrode system components, resulting in shortened service life and failure. Reduced efficiency: Water in compressed air can reduce system performance and efficiency, resulting in increased energy consumption and higher operating costs. Maintenance issues: Without a proper water separator and condensate drain, you may need to manually drain condensate from the system, which can be time-consuming and may not be as effective as an automated system like the BEKOMAT 20.
Overall, having a suitable water separator with a condensate drain is essential for maintaining the performance, efficiency, and reliability of your compressed air system.
