KOMPBERG® BSDK5 We are using a large low speed air end for relative small compressors. The electric motor is directly coupled to the main air end rotor, which essentially reduces the maintenance cost, in contrast with the belt driven compressor or a compressor with gear box. Compressor output is controlled either by an on/off switch, depending on the pressure in the air chamber or by classic suction regulator with a new control system depending on the pressure level, or possibly by advanced continuous regulation of operation, which optimists the machine’s performance parameters in real time by smoothly changing revolutions depending on the volume of discharged compressed air.

KOMPBERG®️ BSDK5 – Stationary Screw Compressor with Integrated Dryer The KOMPBERG®️ BSDK5 with integrated refrigeration dryer delivers high-quality, dry compressed air in a single, space-saving system. Designed with a robust, low-speed air end, this compressor ensures quiet operation and long service life. Its direct-drive electric motor is coupled to the main rotor without belts or gear transmission, minimizing energy loss and reducing routine maintenance compared to conventional belt-driven units. The built-in dryer efficiently removes moisture from the air stream, protecting downstream equipment and maintaining stable air quality without the need for a separate drying unit. Smart control options—ranging from pressure-based on/off regulation to advanced variable-speed adjustment—allow the machine to fine-tune output in real time for optimal efficiency and lower operating costs.

Open machines without canopy The BERG screw block is of robust construction and it is designed with a power reserve. The machines BSDK5 - BSDK7 work at very low speeds and are therefore very quiet. These machines can be operated without canopy. The open version offers excellent service access.

Direct Drive KOMPBERG BSDKF11 from 11 kW are delivered with steel canopy. It acts as sound muffler and also directs the flow of cooling air that removes heat from the compressor. The compressor is thus protected against overheating. The canopy can be easily connected to the air ducting and allows unrestricted service access.
