1. Sales Support and Administrative assistance
Responsibilities
Sales Administration, handle administrative tasks related to the sales process.
- This may involve preparing and processing sales orders, managing customer databases, maintaining sales records and reports, and organizing sales-related documentation.
- Customer Support, provide support to customers by addressing inquiries, and providing product or service information. you may communicate with customers via phone, email, or in-person to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Sales Coordination, arranging meetings, preparing sales presentations or materials, and assisting with the development and implementation of sales strategies.
- Order Processing and Tracking, you manage the order processing system, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of sales orders. This may involve verifying pricing, product availability, and coordinating with other departments, such as inventory or logistics, to ensure smooth order fulfillment. you also track and monitor the progress of orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis: generates sales reports, analyzes sales data, and prepares sales forecasts. you may assist in evaluating sales performance, and providing recommendations to optimize sales strategies and processes.
- CRM Management, you maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems or databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information. This helps the sales team effectively manage customer interactions, track leads, and analyze sales data.
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is usually the minimum requirement. Knowledge of two languages: English and German

- Project planning and construction of systems for compressed air and Nitrogen and Oxygen System
- Creation and modification of 3D models and 2D drawings for plants, pipelines and pressure vessels as well as constructions suitable for production and assembly
- Creation of technical specifications in the course of the project as well as the system documentation
- Deadline and progress control in cooperation with the customer and our production
- Completed further training as a mechanical or chemichal engineering technician, alternatively a completed mechanical engineering degree
- Profesinal knowledge and skill of a 3D CAD system (e.g. AutoCAD, Solide Edge)
