Function of Refrigeration air dryers
A refrigeration air dryer is a device that removes moisture from compressed air by cooling it down and then condensing the moisture into liquid water. The compressed air enters the dryer at high pressure and temperature, and it is then cooled using a refrigeration system. As the air cools, the moisture in the air condenses, and the resulting liquid water is collected and drained from the system. The cooled and dried air is then reheated to an appropriate temperature for use in industrial applications. This process ensures that the compressed air is free from moisture, making it suitable for use in various industrial processes and equipment.
Certified skilled personnel
For safe operation, the device must only be installed and operated in accordance with the indications in the operating instructions. In addition, the national and operational statutory provisions and safety regulations, as well as the accident prevention regulations required for the respective case of application, need to be observed during employment. This applies accordingly when accessories are used.
