Oxygen generators OXYBERG®️ guarantee oxygen production on site. First standard inlet filtration removes impurities such as moisture, oil vapours, particles and hydrocarbons. In the next step, zeolite, a synthetic crystalline aluminum silicate, adsorbs the nitrogen and carbon dioxide molecules from the previously cleaned compressed air in the two molecular sieve beds. The free oxygen molecules flow into the production tank. In order to ensure a constant oxygen flow, the two sieves alternate between adsorption mode and regeneration mode. The oxygen produced this way can now be used in a wide variety of application.
