Shipping and payment conditions

Shipping costs:
Please send us an e-mail ( info@berg-kompressoren.de ) and tell us the article with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postal code. We will then inform you at short notice about how we can ship to your country and then inform you about the shipping costs, as we must inform ourselves in advance about the best shipping method and the costs.

Delivery time
Since we have a comprehensive, different specialty product for B2B, we have to have 6 different delivery times that depend on each product.
Delivery will be made within 3 to 4 business days or
Delivery will be made within 5 to 7 business days or
Delivery will be made within 2 to 3 weeks or
Delivery will be made within 3 to 4 weeks or
Delivery will be made within 6 to 7 weeks or
Delivery will be made within 8 to 10 weeks.
 

• Bank Transfer/prepayment - If you have opted for the online order for transfer/advance payment, you place the order with us and receive after completion of your order a binding order confirmation with our bank details. You can then transfer the amount. After receipt of payment on our account and transfer confirmation by mail (​info@berg-kompressoren.de), the goods can be shipped immediately.
• Klarna - After you have sent your order, we will forward you directly to the pages of Klarna. There you can log in as usual with your Klarna access data or set up a new account. Klarna is the online payment service that lets you pay securely, easily and quickly in online shops - and it's free.
