The METPOINT®️ BDL compact is an innovative electronic screen writer for recording critical process parameters for e.g. compressed air and gas applications. The electronic recording system measures connected input signals and subsequently evaluates the required information for the respective application. These are displayed and saved on the device. The process occurrence can be archived on a long-term basis and alarms can be forwarded to superordinated systems. The screen recorder thereby enables process-oriented assessment of the processes and, if necessary, rapid on-site intervention.
The METPOINT®️ BDL compact is versatile and flexible. An optimal solution, among others, for food and pharmaceutical industries, for quality assurance and production as well as for environmental and climatic measuring technologies. BDL compact

The METPOINT®️ BDL compact compact is equipped with two to four sensor inputs optionally analog, digital or mixed. Two additional digital or analogue inputs are optionally available on request - e.g. for electricity meters or pressure sensors. Critical points in your processes are then displayed immediately. This reduces your reaction time and increases process and production safety levels. The compact screen recorder optionally provides a data logger with a 4 GB memory capacity.

LED - volume flow measurement Description METPOINT®️ FLM In order for compressed air systems to operate reliably efficiently and ecologically precise determination of current volume flow Is required. Especially practical the thermal flow meter METPOINT®️ FLM. It is simply and quickly integrated into the existing system under pressure by means of a standard process fitting and using this tool aligned in the direction of the gas flow. Next, It is inserted into the exact center of the pipe that's it the gas flows ideally past the measuring device meaning these temperature sensors the first Measures the current temperature the second is heated to a higher temperature exactly 40 °C hotter than the first As the mass flow increases it would normally cool but an electric heating element prevents that from occurring the electrical energy required to maintain the temperature indifference is that directly proportional to the mass flow increases The electric heaters thermal performance also increases and is converted into the appropriate measured value. One possibility to avoid these costs is precise acquisition of the current volume flow. This then provides the basis for many important analyses, documentation and decisions. BEKO TECHNOLOGIES provides end-position monitoring with the FLM SF13 and SF53.  Is your production set up as optimally economical? You can only comprehensively answer this question when the current volume flowrequirement for your compressed air has been identified. This can be evaluated for you by the FLM volume flow measuring system and thereby provides you with the data basis you need for intelligent energy management. Identify potential savings, overloads and weak points in your system to improve its efficiency. By measuring the actual flow to the various production units, you are in a position to make decisions based on facts. At the same time, the FLM lets them know whether there are any leaks in their system. The measurement thereby provides you with all the necessary data you need to jointly coordinate components in the best possible way and design systems economically.  The FLM SF13 variant is available with measuring sections of different diameters and comes with a calibration certificate for the selected pipe diameter. The METPOINT FLM SF53 is pre-calibrated as a universal sensor to a pipe diameter of 53.1 mm, but can be adjusted/calibrated to other diameters on customer request. METPOINT®️ FLM with LED The less expensive LED variant indicates the need for a new calibration (annually). Please note: The sensor configuration can only be done during production or later via the BDL datalogger Function METPOINT®️ FLM  Two temperature sensors are installed in series in the direction of flow. The first temperature sensor measures the current process temperature of the compressed air, while the second sensor is electrically heated to a temperature that is 40 K higher than that of the first sensor. Higher volume flows results in a quicker drop in temperature at the sensors, so that the electric heater of the second sensor must increase its heat output. The electric energy required to maintain the temperature difference is proportional to the volume flow. This energy consumption is converted to provide the relevant flow measurements.
