Refrigeration dryer DRYBERG®️ RF16/AC equals to DRYPOINT®️ RA960/AC Aluminium heat exchanger The heat exchanger module consists of an air/air heat exchanger, an air/refrigerant heat exchanger, and of a high-performance separator. The compressed air flows top-down through the heat exchanger. The large cross-sections of the flow passages cause low flow rates and low compressed-air losses. In the air/air heat exchanger, the heat exchange is effected in a reverse current. This guarantees maximum heat transfer. Water separator PUREBERG® F24WW, 1440m3/h@7bar Water separator with comprehensive rate and outstanding efficiency PURBERG® water separator have been developed for high-efficiency removal of bulk liquids from compressed air and vacuum systems up to 20 bar. Inside the housing, there is an insert with vanes that creates a controlled rotation of the air. As a result of centrifugal action liquids (water, oil) and large particles are forced to the housing wall, slowed down and accumulated at the bottom of separator housing as condensate. The turbulent free zone in the lower part of the filter housing prevents condensate from being picked up and "carried over" into the airstream. To discharge condensate from the F-WW water separator it is essential to install automatic or electronic condensate drain.   Function of water separator Compressed air enters the water separator through the curved inlet and then specially shaped guide vanes ensure a special rotational movement at high speed and force the compressed air into a circular movement. After the resulting centrifugal forces direct the water droplets to the outside of the filter housing, the droplets flow down into the collection chamber due to gravity. Shielding the collecting area Calms the air flow in this area in order to effectively avoid whirling up and entrainment of already separated liquids. In water separator a specially designed riser tube prevents particle transfer to the upward rotating flow of the compressed air, which has largely been cleaned of condensate. BEKO condensate drain BEKOMAT® 20 how can you prevent condensate damage to your compressed air system whilst saving energy and adapted to the amount of condensate without loss of compressed air These are the proven strength of a BEKOMAT® but exactly how does it work Adapted to the amount of condensate and without compressed air loss Condensate flows in via the feed line whilst air pressure from the vent pipe keeps the membrane closed from above a capacitive sensor constantly monitors the condensate. When the condensate reaches a preset level the control unit immediately initiates the draining of the condensate. Once again as the condensate flows in the membrane remains closed due to system pressure it's larger upper surface provides the necessary closing force on the valve seat and seals it tightly when the BEKOMAT is full the solenoid valve is activated and the space above the membrane is vented. Simultaneously the pressure on the underside increases allowing the condensate to flow into the outlet line. in actual operation the solenoid valve switches so quickly that no valuable compressed air escapes. The BEKOMAT® drains the condensate into the OWAMAT® Oil water separator mounted downstream adapted to the amount of condensate and without compressed air loss.   BEKOMAT® 20 | 20FM for Filters and water separators The BEKOMAT® 20 is a sturdy condensate drain designed for use in water separators, filters and similar equipment. It is suitable for oil-lubricated plants as well as oil-free compressors. The control panel is accessible from the top and the front. It has a plastic housing with integrated aluminium condensate container.
