METPOINT DPM: Sensor technology for precise pressure dew point measurement
Humidity in compressed air applications is a problem and can, in most cases, damage the system and contaminate end products. The ideal instrument for monitoring residual moisture is the pressure dewpoint sensor METPOINT DPM. Our sensor technology enables you to accurately measure the degree of humidity or the pressure dew point at critical flow points in your compressed air system. This information is indispensable for operators who want to improve the quality of their compressed air whilst saving energy and costs.
Do you use high-quality dry compressed air in your production process?METPOINT DPM stationary pressure dew point transmitter measures the most critical parameters for compressed air and technical gases i.e. temperature, relative humidity and dew point (down to -60 °Ctd).
But that is not all: The METPOINT DPM sensor provides information regarding the functional capabilities for components and the measurement provides the basic data for the optimum dimensioning for your system. The METPOINT BDL compact data logger is a compact device with powerful measuring and evaluation functions, including instant alarms in the case of exceedances. It measures all key quality parameters for compressed air and enables you to evaluate the efficiency of your system by identifying hidden cost drivers. User-friendly statistics and charts provide the information you need for effective quality and energy management.
The METPOINT BDL compact features two sensor inputs. On request, it is available with two additional digital or analog inputs, e.g. for power meters or pressure sensors. All critical parameters of your processes can be called up on the screen, so that you can intervene without delay if required. The compact device can be equipped with a 2 GB data logger, so that you can track performance over time, which is a prerequisite for continuous quality and efficiency improvement. |
